-Ensure the integration of all system components, such as procedures, databases, policies, software, and hardware.
-Ensure the quality of software, systems, and functionalities.
-Ensure the availability, safety, and efficiency of systems and functionalities.
-Diagnose and resolve problems in response to reported incidents by customers whenever possible.
-Implement customer support policies, procedures, and standards.
-Report any misuse of responsibilities or user access to applications.
-Monitor system resources including performance, capacity, availability, and recoverability.
-Participate in new or modified IT applications projects.
-Conduct basic training for all employees as requested by the IT management or user managers/directors.

 


-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. -2-4 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent in fast-moving consumer goods sales or related field.-Experience with Sales force automation software such as (Sales buzz, ARCGis, MS&d, I cube, Road net).-Good knowledge of Android applications and SQL Database.
