Business Development

  • Plan and lead revenue forecasting by analyzing business tactics, performance analysis, pricing and sales strategies, market research, and competitor analysis.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development, etc.).
  • Oversee the execution and planning of driving revenue growth and sales strategy by using analysis to forecast sales performance and set sales targets.
  • Determine the effectiveness of current sales initiatives against key metrics and implement change if necessary.
  • Work cross-functionally with other leadership and executive officer team members, like the product supply and supply chain, to foster collaboration, faster revenue growth, and higher profitability.
  • Manage marketing-related business development goals, the company’s marketing strategy, product development, partnerships, marketing communication, digital marketing initiatives, and social media management.

Customer Relationship

  • Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met.
  • Act to acquire new customers and new markers by managing customer relationships (new and existing).
  • Drive customer focus strategy for your company by providing a positive and efficient purchasing experience for customers from initial engagement through sales order completion.

Talent Management

  • Responsible for developing a comprehensive talent management process that attracts, onboards, mentors, and retains the best sales talent to reach sales goals for the company.
  • Support the sales team’s work more efficiently by having a well-designed organizational structure and account management plan that allows the sales team to achieve their targets.

Proven experience as a commercial director or other relevant rolesProven experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key customersIn-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis.Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/ budgeting processesSolid background in Supply Chain.Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset.Excellent organizational and leadership skillsOutstanding communication and interpersonal abilitiesBSc/BA in business administration, finance, or relevant field.MSc/MA in business administration, finance, or a relevant field is highly preferred.
