- Make material requirement plan according to production needs,
- Open purchase requisition and implement purchase requisition operation.
- Follow up the production status of suppliers, track the arrival and acceptance of materials.
- Manage and evaluate the materials in advance and inform the production management of the complete material information (Material Kitting)
- Follow up the material usage status of production department, to make data for material replenishment and loss.
- Raw material inventory control and treatment.
- Provide monthly reports for the financial department to analyze required ordered material and the production usage.
- Audit the warehouse reports and work to make sure they implement & follow the company’s procedures.
- Auditing all warehouse activities related to reports and logs.
- Auditing as vocal point between warehouse and WIP related reports to assure its identicality and accuracy.
- Initiating reports as forecast, defects& damage material and kitting report as needed (daily, monthly….)
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.0-1 years of experience.Excellent in English.Good in MS Office is a must, ERP system or any other related system is a plus.Attention to detailMales only
