Media Republic is on the lookout for a strong Social Media Content Manager with great command of both English and Arabic to lead the social media teams of some of the top digital publications in Cairo including Cairo360, CairoGossip and KalamAlQahira.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our platforms business objectives.
- Understand market trends, audience needs, and digital best practices to inform content strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the content team, ensuring timely delivery of content schedules.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including design teams, media teams, etc. to optimize content for all platforms.
- Oversee the development of content for various digital platforms including websites, social media, email campaigns, and more.
- Review and edit content, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and engaging delivery.
- Use analytics and data-driven insights to evaluate content performance against KPIs.
- Adjust content strategies based on performance metrics and feedback.
- Work closely with the Account Management team to understand client needs and deliver content that meets their objectives.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.+4 years of Experience in Content Creation.At least one year of experience as a team lead.Experience with Social Media Management Strategies.Has a solid knowledge with SEO.Familiarity with Content Management System (WordPress, Shopify).
