Job Title: Customer Support - French Bilingual

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Representative (French Speaker) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
  • Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
  • Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.
  • Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance

 6 months of experience in Customer Service Field.Proficiency Level B2 and above French and English level.Should be flexible with 24-7 rotating shifts.Work on site - Maadi Technology Park.No Transportation. Transportation allowance provided instead.
