We are currently seeking an experienced IT Administrator to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT administration and support, with a focus on maintaining and troubleshooting various IT systems and infrastructure. This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our company's IT systems, providing technical support to end users, and implementing security measures to protect our data and systems.

Responsibilities:

1. Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
2. Monitor and troubleshoot network and server issues.
3. Provide technical support to end users and resolve IT-related problems.
4. Implement and maintain security measures to protect systems and data.
5. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
6. Perform system backups and disaster recovery procedures.
7. Collaborate with IT team to identify and implement system improvements.
8. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in IT administration.
9. Document IT processes, procedures, and configurations.
10. Assist in the procurement and setup of new IT equipment.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role.
2. Strong knowledge of networking and server administration.
3. Proficient in Windows and Linux operating systems.
4. Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V.
5. Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Azure.
6. Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
7. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
8. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
9. Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
10. Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), are a plus.
