KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES
General
Group Training
• Coach structured group classes (up to 20 participants per class).
• Deliver safe, effective, and engaging sessions across strength and conditioning disciplines.
• Maintain strong class flow, timing, and transitions.
• Scale exercises appropriately for mixed fitness levels.
• Ensure correct technique and injury prevention.
Specialty Areas
• Deliver HYROX / Functional Conditioning sessions.
• Lead Strength & Conditioning classes.
• Provide Corrective Exercise coaching.
• Coach Pre & Post-Natal Fitness sessions with appropriate modifications.
Personal Training
• Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions.
• Build and retain a personal training client base.
• Deliver customized training plans aligned with member goals.
General Duties
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional training environment.
• Support open gym supervision when required.
• Uphold facility coaching standards and brand values.
• Engage positively with members and contribute to retention.
BACKGROUND, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Qualifications
• Female candidates only (as per client requirement).
• Minimum 2 years of coaching experience.
• Valid fitness certification relevant to the specialties listed.
• Certification in Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates is mandatory.
• Experience coaching group classes.
• Strong communication and class control skills.
• Professional, punctual, and reliable.
Skills
• Confident coaching large groups.
• Strong technical foundation in strength and conditioning.
• High energy with professional control.
• Comfortable across strength, conditioning, and Pilates.
• Team-oriented and member-focused.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
