Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the chemical plant, ensuring smooth production processes.

Staff Supervision:
Lead, manage, and train plant personnel, including operators, technicians, and engineers.

Safety and Compliance:

Required Qualifications:
