???? Key Responsibilities

Prepare and organize menus for catering services and events. Oversee large-scale food preparation and production. Maintain consistent food quality, taste, and presentation. Organize kitchen operations and assign tasks to kitchen staff. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. Monitor food stock, ingredients, and minimize wastage. Prepare catering orders and buffet setups on schedule. Coordinate with the catering team to ensure smooth operations.
