Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the warranty job card has all the correct details recorded for processing the claim such as (Technicians time recorded on card, along with a complete right-up).
- Ensure that warranty parts are properly tagged, kept in safe storage and available for warranty audit by manufacture.
- Supervise and check all warranty parts are scrapped in line with manufacture guidelines.
- Complete warranty submitted report for Technical Manger approval.
- Report any abnormalities to the Technical Manager.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties given by the Technical Manager.
Education
Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma Mechanical Engineering or anything related to Automobile Mechanic.
Experience:
Minimum 3-4 years of experience within Similar role in Automotive sector.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Knowledge of auto electrical and auto-mechanical parts and auto-components & its claim process
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Problem solving skills
- Strong customer handling skills
