e-Portal is actively recruiting for the role of SI Senior Computing Engineer . In this role, you will be responsible designing, implementing, and supporting computing infrastructures across multiple customer environments. This includes servers, storage, hypervisors, operating systems, cloud platforms, backup solutions, and hyper converged infrastructure (HCI) and ensures SLA compliance through preventive maintenance, proactive monitoring, and advanced L3 troubleshooting by collaborating with clients, vendors, and cross functional teams, they deliver seamless integration and reliable performance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Design, implement, and support IT infrastructure including servers, storage, cloud platforms, HCI, and backup solutions.
• Ensure system reliability through monitoring, preventive maintenance, and advanced (L3) troubleshooting while meeting SLA requirements.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver integrated and successful solutions.
• Track progress, manage tickets, monitor KPIs, and prevent SLA breaches through effective workload management.
• Mentor junior engineers, maintain documentation, and contribute to technology planning aligned with business needs.

Desired Candidate Profile

To qualify for this role, you must meet the below minimum requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience.
