• To assist in the installation, maintenance, calibration, and repair of biomedical and medical equipment to ensure reliable performance, safety, and compliance with healthcare standards.

• Assist in the installation, inspection, and maintenance of biomedical and medical devices.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hospital and clinical equipment.

• Conduct routine safety and performance checks as per manufacturer and MOH standards.

• Support biomedical engineers in troubleshooting and repairing medical equipment breakdowns.

• Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities, repair history, and calibration records.

• Ensure all equipment is functioning safely and efficiently for patient care use.

• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for equipment parts, repairs, and warranty services.

• Maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and test instruments.

• Assist in training healthcare staff on the basic handling and care of medical equipment.

• Adhere to all infection control, electrical safety, and biomedical waste disposal standards.

• Participate in periodic audits, inspections, and compliance checks.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma / Degree in Biomedical Engineering Technology, Electronics, or related field.
