What you will do
Prepare and cook food according to standard procedures, recipe cards, photographs and given instructions.
Help the Chef de Partie/Demi Chef de Partie to establish standard recipes and ensure the compliance with them.
Constantly inspect taste, temperature and visual appeal, make sure that all dishes are uniform and that established portion sizes are adhered to.
Ensure food quality, food taste, food presentation and food requisition.
Have a good knowledge of cuisines to carry out the duties and responsibilities for the position in an efficient and productive manner.
Ensure proper sanitation procedures are followed and the kitchen is always clean, neat and tidy.
Prepare exciting and appealing room amenity when needed.
What you will bring
At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role in a five-star luxury hotel.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Works well in a team environment and ability to work effectively under pressure.
Be thorough and pay attention to detail.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
Active listening skills.

تحضير وطهي الطعام وفق الإجراءات القياسية وبطاقات الوصفات والصور والتوجيهات المعطاة.
مساعدة رئيس الطهاة/نصف رئيس الطهاة في وضع وصفات معيارية والتأكد من الامتثال لها.
فحص الطعم والحرارة والمظهر باستمرار، والتأكد من أن جميع الأطباق متناسقة وأن أحجام الحصص المعتمدة ملتزمة.
التأكد من جودة الطعام وطعمه وتقديمه ومطلوبات الطعام.
امتلاك معرفة جيدة بالمطابخ لأداء المهام والمسؤوليات للوضع بشكل فعال ومنتج.
التأكد من اتباع إجراءات النظافة الصحيحة وأن المطبخ نظيف ومرتب دائماً.
إعداد وسائل راحة مثيرة وجذابة للغرف عند الحاجة.

خبرة لا تقل عن 2 سنة في وظيفة مماثلة في فندق خمس نجوم فخم.
القدرة على العمل جيداً تحت الضغط.
العمل بشكل جيد ضمن فريق والقدرة على العمل بفعالية تحت الضغط.
أن تكون دقيقاً وتولي اهتماماً بالتفاصيل.
مهارات تواصل شفهي ممتازة باللغة الإنجليزية؛ العربية ميزة.
