Job description

Scope of work:

• Design overall architecture of web/mobile applications (IOS/ Android).

Key responsibilities:

• Design overall architecture of web/mobile applications.
• Maintain quality and ensure responsiveness of applications.
• Collaborate with developers and other teams.
• Maintain code integrity.
• Understanding and implementation of security and data protection.
• Good knowledge of front-end programming languages TypeScript / JavaScript.
• Work efficiently with version control, workflows (GitHub) and with continuous integration & continuous delivery.

Experience:

• Must have 7+ years of experience in software development (Web & Mobile).
• Proficient experience using Angular, Electron, and Ionic frameworks.
• Development experience for both mobile and web apps.
• Development experience for RESTful APIs and SOAP webservices.
• Good experience in Node.js / Express.js / Nest.js.
• Good experience in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Experience Server-side rendering, browsers APIs, and WebSocket.
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Experience in UI/UX.
• Experience in Databases.
• Experience working with Firebase mobile platform.

Skills

Education:

• Bachelor Degree of Software Engineering

Other Conditions / Requirements:

• Duty time will be defined as MOI required hours or shift.
• The vehicle registration management client app must be developed by the bidder’s resident developers and in cooperation with MOI developers using the mentioned technology stack.
• The bidder must provide required support and full responsibility during implementation phase and during warranty period covering all parts of the applications that will be developed by resident developers.
• All developed applications/services/APIs/Integrations/middleware shall be within the full responsibility of the bidder.
