Dashco Middle East is seeking an experienced Arabic speaking Public Relations Manager to lead corporate communications, stakeholder engagement, and strategic relationship management for a diversified holding company in Kuwait.

About the Role
This is a senior leadership role responsible for strengthening the company's reputation, supporting business growth, and building strong relationships with government entities, investors, media, clients, and strategic partners across Kuwait and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute corporate PR and communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, regulatory bodies, business councils, chambers of commerce, embassies, investors, clients, and strategic partners.
- Represent the company at meetings, conferences, exhibitions, networking events, and official engagements locally and internationally.
- Manage media relations, including press releases, media briefings, interviews, and reputation management.
- Lead crisis communication planning and act as the primary communication contact during critical situations.
- Support investor communications, including presentations, corporate messaging, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure consistent corporate messaging and brand representation across all communication channels.
- Coordinate corporate events, executive speaking engagements, and media appearances.
- Support digital PR initiatives in collaboration with the Marketing team to strengthen the company's online presence.
- Develop internal communication initiatives that enhance employee engagement.
- Identify networking and partnership opportunities that support business development and international expansion.
- Monitor political, regulatory, economic, and industry developments and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.
- Relevant experience in Public Relations, Corporate Affairs, Government Relations, Business Relations, or Stakeholder Management.
- Experience within a holding company, diversified group, multinational organization, or large corporate environment is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in building relationships with government authorities, investors, business leaders, media, and strategic partners.
- Experience supporting market expansion, business development, or international growth initiatives is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong media relations and crisis communication experience.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working with digital and social media communications.
- Knowledge of investor relations is a plus.
