Al Mithaq International Real Estate Center is looking for Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team in Kuwait.
In this role, you will help clients find suitable residential and commercial rental properties, build long-term client relationships, and provide professional guidance throughout the leasing process from property selection to lease completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in leasing residential and commercial properties.
Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
Generate new leasing opportunities and follow up on prospective clients.
Understand clients' leasing requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Negotiate lease terms and support clients throughout the leasing process.
Coordinate property viewings and facilitate lease agreements.
Stay updated on the local rental market and available property listings.
Work closely with the leasing team to achieve company objectives.
Maintain accurate client and property records using the company's CRM system.

التفاوض على شروط الإيجار ودعم العملاء طوال عملية الإيجار.
تنسيق جولات العقارات وتسهيل اتفاقيات الإيجار.
المتابعة على سوق الإيجار المحلي وقوائم العقارات المتاحة.
العمل عن كثب مع فريق الإيجار لتحقيق أهداف الشركة.
الحفاظ على سجلات العملاء والعقارات بدقة باستخدام نظام إدارة العلاقات مع العملاء الخاص بالشركة.

إتقان اللغة العربية مطلوب؛ الإنجليزية ميزة.
يفضل وجود رخصة قيادة كويتية سارية.
يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في تأجير العقارات أو استئجار الممتلكات.
