Experience: 5–8 years
This role is responsible for the commercial and operational management of retail and commercial properties, maximizing occupancy, strengthening tenant relationships, overseeing leasing activities, and supporting the overall profitability and value of the assets.
Skills
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial mall and retail property management.
- Strong background in retail leasing, tenant acquisition, lease negotiations, and tenancy administration.
- Experience managing tenant relationships, renewals, fit-out coordination, and occupancy optimization.
- Knowledge of shopping mall operations, property management, and commercial real estate practices.
- Ability to coordinate with leasing, marketing, facilities management, and finance teams to enhance tenant satisfaction and commercial performance.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with retail developers, shopping malls, mixed-use developments, or commercial real estate companies is highly preferred.
