Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on DX units (package units, split ACs, rooftop units, etc.).
Diagnose and resolve mechanical faults (compressors, fans, belts, bearings, refrigerant leaks).
Diagnose and resolve control system faults (thermostats, pressure switches, contactors, relays, control wiring, PCBs).
Read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
Carry out refrigerant recovery, evacuation, recharging, and brazing per safety standards.
Use multimeters, clamp meters, pressure gauges, and recovery machines.
Coordinate with service supervisor for breakdowns and maintenance schedules.
Maintain service logs and report recurring issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
3-5 Experience in the same field.
Good Communication Skills with client and team. Able to speak basic Arabic.
Valid Kuwait Transferrable Visa and Kuwait Driving License.
Able to join immediately and can work on flexible timings.
Can solve any type of troubleshooting – mechanical or control.
Ability to work independently in the field.
Attention to safety (electrical and refrigerant handling)
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
