Outdoor Sales Representative - Ready-mix Concrete
- Selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers
- Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers
- Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
- Visiting construction sites
- Delivering the product directly to customers
Skills
- Ability to motivate and encourage team members.
- Effective communication skills with diverse individuals.
- Knowledge of how to motivate and encourage team members and find solutions to challenges they face.
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with others.
- Experience in sales for at least one year, preferably in the ready-mix concrete field, with a valid Kuwaiti driving license and a car.
- Age not exceeding 33 years.
- Valid and transferable residency.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the construction field
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
