WB Technologies (Online Websites – Telecom, Digital Cards & Beauty) is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Job Requirements:
Previous experience in Customer Service and Live Chat.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Good computer skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Working Hours:
Full-time
8 hours per day
6 working days per week
1 day off

Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in Customer Service or Live Chat support. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in both Arabic and English, good computer skills, and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally. The candidate should be well-organized, customer-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered
