AlQurain AI helps local businesses in Kuwait save time and serve customers better through AI automation WhatsApp assistants, booking automation, and back-office automation. We're looking for a driven, well-connected salesperson in Kuwait to grow our client base. Your main job is to reach out to local businesses, spark their interest, and book qualified meetings for our team to present and close. You open the doors; we handle the demo, the building, and the delivery. What you'll do: Reach out to local businesses across Kuwait clinics, dental and medical centers, restaurants, cafes, gyms, salons, and similar by phone, message, and in-person visits. Introduce AlQurain AI's services clearly and simply, and generate interest. Qualify prospects and book meetings with genuinely interested decision-makers (owners or managers). Follow up with leads and keep them warm. Represent AlQurain AI professionally and protect our reputation in every interaction. Build and maintain relationships with local business owners. This is a commission-based, performance-driven role with strong earning potential and a clear path to a lead sales position as the company grows.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Based in Kuwait, with good knowledge of the local business scene.
  • Fluent Arabic and good English Arabic is essential, as most clients are Arabic-speaking.
  • Experience in sales, business development, telesales, or field sales (any industry; selling to small and mid-size businesses is a strong plus).
  • Confident, professional, and well-spoken you'll be the first impression of our company.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable with high-volume outreach (calls, messages, visits) and booking meetings.
  • Honest and trustworthy you represent our brand and never overpromise to land a meeting.
  • A network of local business contacts is a major advantage.
  • Comfortable with a commission-based, performance-driven role.
