Roles & Responsibilities

Makaseb Is Hiring Business Development Manager for Lemon Production , will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, developing strong business relationships, and promoting the company s services. The role focuses on expanding the customer base, achieving sales targets, and contributing to business growth, with a strong understanding of the Kuwaiti market. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners.
  • Perform field visits to promote and sell the company s services.
  • Develop sales strategies and execution plans.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports and market analysis.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Collect the initial payment from new clients and ensure a smooth handover to the operations team.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs within the Kuwaiti market.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service quality.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
  • Strong knowledge of the Kuwaiti market.
  • Understanding of marketing and production services is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital tools).
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
