Roles & Responsibilities
Makaseb Is Hiring Business Development Manager for Lemon Production , will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, developing strong business relationships, and promoting the company s services. The role focuses on expanding the customer base, achieving sales targets, and contributing to business growth, with a strong understanding of the Kuwaiti market. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners.
- Perform field visits to promote and sell the company s services.
- Develop sales strategies and execution plans.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and market analysis.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Collect the initial payment from new clients and ensure a smooth handover to the operations team.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs within the Kuwaiti market.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service quality.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
- Strong knowledge of the Kuwaiti market.
- Understanding of marketing and production services is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital tools).
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
