Urgent Hiring | Factory Supervisor | Kuwait

We are hiring an experienced Factory Supervisor for a leading General Trading Company in Kuwait.

Location: Kuwait

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in garment, abaya, or textile manufacturing factories
• Strong knowledge of production planning, workflow management, and production targets
• Experience supervising tailors, cutters, helpers, embroidery staff, and machine operators
• Expertise in factory maintenance coordination and machine troubleshooting
• Knowledge of fabric types, measurements, fitting standards, and garment finishing
• Experience in inventory control, raw material handling, and stock management
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
• Ability to prepare daily production reports and monitor productivity
• Valid Indian driving license preferred
