Job Purpose Deliver high-quality acupuncture and holistic treatments to patients. Diagnose energy imbalances and physical ailments using Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Ensure all clinical practices comply with UAE healthcare authority guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Patient Consultation & Assessment Conduct thorough initial consultations with patients. Take detailed medical histories and lifestyle records. Identify physical, emotional, or energetic imbalances. Formulate customized TCM treatment plans.2. Treatment Delivery Insert sterile needles safely into specific acupoints. Administer complementary TCM therapies effectively. Utilize moxibustion, cupping, and tui na. Apply electro-acupuncture or guasha when required. Provide dietary, lifestyle, and wellness advice.3. Clinical Excellence & Compliance Maintain strict sterilization and hygiene protocols. Dispose of clinical waste following UAE laws. Keep precise, confidential electronic medical records (EMR). Monitor and document patient progress accurately. Adhere to local healthcare authority regulations.4. Collaboration & Growth Refer patients to conventional medical specialists when necessary. Work closely with physiotherapists, chiropractors, and doctors. Participate in clinic wellness marketing events. Maintain continuing medical education (CME) requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education & Licensing (Mandatory) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine or Acupuncture. Valid license from home country professional body. Active UAE healthcare license or Eligibility Letter from: Dubai Health Authority (DHA), Department of Health – Abu Dhabi (DOH) or Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP). Experience & Skills Minimum 2–3 years of post-qualification experience. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills. Ability to manage patient expectations effectively. Professional empathy and excellent bedside manner.
