Roles & Responsibilities

• Direct and optimize the daily operations of a multi-brand warehouse, ensuring flawless, high-volume fulfillment, and timely dispatch for sensitive products (Cosmetics, Food & Bakery).

• Act as the ultimate authority on the warehouse floor. Define clear roles to ensure collaboration, eliminate overlap, set strict KPIs, and enforce workplace discipline and accountability.

• Implement strict inventory tracking protocols, including FIFO (First-In, First-Out), to manage expiry dates for bakery and food items, ensuring zero waste and 100% stock accuracy.

• Oversee storage condition compliance (temperature and humidity controls) required for both cosmetics and fresh food products.

• Establish and oversee a watertight, efficient system for handling returns (RTO, damaged, or expired goods) to minimize loss and ensure instant inventory updates.

• Manage relationships and resolve bottlenecks with shipping companies and delivery fleets to ensure seamless last-mile delivery.

• Provide comprehensive daily and weekly operational reports regarding order fulfillment rates, return statistics, and staff productivity directly to upper management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Total Experience: Minimum of 10 years of total professional experience in Warehouse Management, Logistics, or Supply Chain Operations.

• Managerial Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience strictly in a Managerial position overseeing operations and leading teams within FMCG, Food, Retail, or Cosmetics sectors.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPIM, Lean Six Sigma) are a significant advantage.

• Management Style: Strong, structured, and mature leadership personality with a proven track record in organizing teams, establishing workplace harmony, and turning disorganized environments into highly disciplined, productive hubs.

• Expertise: Deep knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP software, advanced Excel, and modern e-commerce fulfillment strategies.

• Languages: Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong asset for managing diverse staff levels).
