Job Description: § Design and develop seasonal handbags, small leather goods, and fashion accessories collections aligned with brand direction, market trends, and customer preferences. § Create detailed sketches, technical drawings, colorways, material selections, hardware concepts, and complete tech packs for sampling and production. § Conduct trend forecasting, competitor benchmarking, and market research across global luxury, premium, and commercial fashion brands. § Work closely with buyers, product development teams, suppliers, and factories to ensure smooth sample development, costing, and production execution.

Qualifications: ? Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design, Accessories Design, Product Design, or related field ? At least 5 years of experience in handbags and accessories design within fashion retail, luxury, or commercial brands ?
