Job description

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join our FMCG company in Sabhan, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling communications, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Greet and assist visitors professionally.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls and inquiries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record maintenance.
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and HR-related administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and office procedures.


Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Receptionist, Front Desk, or Administrative role.
  • Female candidates only.
  • Arabic and English proficiency is mandatory (spoken and written).
  • Transferable residency preferred. Residency transfer will be processed after successful completion of the probation period.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Customer-service oriented with a professional appearance and attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
