Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and caf equipment efficiently
- Maintain consistency in beverage quality and presentation
- Take customer orders and provide friendly customer service
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the caf and workstation
- Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and caf supplies
- Follow recipes, portion standards, and company SOPs
- Handle cash/POS transactions if required
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
- Support smooth day-to-day caf operations
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 5 years of experience as a Barista in caf s, restaurants, or hotels
- Good knowledge of coffee preparation and latte art
- Experience operating espresso machines and grinders
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic English communication skills
- Gulf experience preferred
