Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages

  • Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages
  • Operate coffee machines, grinders, and caf equipment efficiently
  • Maintain consistency in beverage quality and presentation
  • Take customer orders and provide friendly customer service
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the caf and workstation
  • Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and caf supplies
  • Follow recipes, portion standards, and company SOPs
  • Handle cash/POS transactions if required
  • Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
  • Support smooth day-to-day caf operations

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 2 5 years of experience as a Barista in caf s, restaurants, or hotels

  • Good knowledge of coffee preparation and latte art
  • Experience operating espresso machines and grinders
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic English communication skills
  • Gulf experience preferred
