Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives and revenue growth in Kuwait.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients, government entities, and educational institutions.
  • Lead negotiations and close contracts with clients, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Leverage GCC market expertise to identify cross-border opportunities and expand SkillUp MENA s regional footprint.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support local promotional campaigns and brand visibility.
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage the Kuwait sales team to drive high performance.
  • Monitor sales metrics and generate reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and client needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Represent SkillUp MENA at industry events, conferences, and client meetings in Kuwait and the GCC.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the learning & development or training industry.
  • Proven experience in managing a sales team and achieving sales targets in the Kuwaiti market.
  • Demonstrated experience working across GCC markets with strong regional client networks.
  • Strong business acumen with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of the corporate landscape in Kuwait, with a strong professional network.
  • Self-motivated, strategic thinker with leadership capabilities.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Kuwait residency or work permit preferred.
