Roles & Responsibilities
Job Location : Kuwait
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
8+ years in real estate development / construction PM (3+ in a lead role)
Proven delivery of mid- to large-scale projects in Kuwait or the GCC
Strong working knowledge of Kuwait's building regulations and permitting processes
Active KSE membership (or eligibility to register)
Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and AutoCAD
Bilingual Arabic/English fluency
Valid Kuwait Driving License & Transferable Article 18 residency
