Roles & Responsibilities

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university

5+ years in civil engineering on real estate / construction projects in Kuwait or the GCC

Active KSE membership (or eligibility to register)

Strong knowledge of Kuwait's building regulations, Engineering Code, and Municipality approvals

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS

Demonstrated experience in site planning, infrastructure design, drainage, and construction supervision

Bilingual Arabic/English fluency

Valid Kuwait Driving License & Transferable Article 18 residency
