Job Summary
The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining
data in company databases and systems. This role ensures data integrity and supports

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Prepare and sort documents for data entry.

Required Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good typing speed (typically 40+ WPM).
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of data protection and confidentiality practices.
Preferred Experience
Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles.
Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems.
