Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, maintaining service standards, and leading front-of-house teams. The successful candidate will ensure smooth operations and assume responsibility for the restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.

- Experience supervising and motivating teams of 20+ staff.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and guest service.
