Job Description
We are seeking a professional and personable Hostess to be the first point of contact for guests in a casual upscale dining environment. The successful candidate will welcome guests, manage reservations and waitlists, coordinate seating arrangements, and ensure every guest receives a warm and memorable dining experience from arrival to departure.
Desired Skills & Competencies
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred.
- Previous experience as a Hostess in an upscale or casual upscale dining environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing reservations, waitlists, and guest seating.
- Ability to handle guest concerns professionally and confidently.
- Well-groomed, polished, and highly presentable.

We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Waiters/Servers to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a casual upscale restaurant. The successful candidates will provide attentive food and beverage service, maintain high service standards, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
Desired Skills & Competencies
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in upscale casual dining or full-service restaurants.
- Strong knowledge of à la carte dining service and restaurant service procedures.
- Excellent English communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to build rapport with guests and anticipate their needs.
- Knowledge of food, beverages, and international cuisine is advantageous.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume environment.
- Strong teamwork and multitasking skills.
- Flexible to work extended shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
