About the Client:
A leading GCC fashion group in Kuwait, known for its growing international portfolio of women’s fashion.
Job Description:
• Support seasonal buying, assortment planning, and product selection based on sales trends and customer demand.
• Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, orders, production timelines, shipment schedules, and product quality.
• Monitor inventory performance, stock levels, sell-through, replenishment, and markdown strategies.
• Conduct market trend analysis and collaborate with retail, logistics, warehouse, and marketing teams for successful product launches.
Qualifications:
• Aged 50 and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion, Retail, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in merchandising, buying, or retail operations; fashion retail or trading experience preferred
• Strong experience in supplier coordination, purchase orders, and shipment/shipping timelines management
