Job description

Responsible to deliver exceptional support, customer service, and training for Mohamed Naser Al – Hajery & Sons Medical Equipment to ensure client success in the utilization of MNH medical devices, while complying with Mohamed Naser Al – Hajery & Sons Policies and Procedures. 


Implement the LCS Department’s set policies and procedures and comply with the Mohamed Naser Al – Hajery & Sons other policies.


Product Expertise 


  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our dialysis machines and related products. 
  • Stay informed about product updates, new features, and advancements in dialysis technology. 
  • Installation and Configuration: 
  • Provide on-site and remote assistance in the installation and configuration of dialysis machines at healthcare facilities. 
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure a smooth and efficient implementation process. 


Training and Education 


  • Conduct training sessions for healthcare professionals, including nurses, technicians, and physicians, on the proper use and maintenance of dialysis equipment. 
  • Develop training materials and documentation to support educational initiatives. 


Technical Support 


  • Serve as a point of contact for customers experiencing technical issues with our dialysis machines. 
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, providing timely and effective solutions. 
  • Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to address complex technical issues.


Customer Relationship Management 


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. 
  • Gather feedback from customers to identify opportunities for product improvement and development. 


Product Demonstrations 


  • Conduct product demonstrations for potential customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our dialysis machines. 
  • Collaborate with the sales team during pre-sales activities to address technical queries and concerns. 



Documentation 


  • Create and update technical documentation, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides for our dialysis machines. 
  • Ensure documentation is clear, concise, and aligned with industry standards. 

 

Quality Assurance 


  • Participate in quality assurance processes, including testing new product releases and providing feedback to the development team. 
  • Assist in the development and execution of test plans and validation protocols. 



Prepare and submit reports to the LCS Management on a regular basis. 






Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing/biomedical engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience in operating or providing support for dialysis units. 
  • Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in the same or related field.
