We are looking for a professional and friendly Call Center Representative to join our hotel team.
Work Type: Hybrid + On-site
Location: Kuwait
Responsibilities:
- Answer guest calls and inquiries in a professional manner
- Assist with room bookings, availability, and general hotel information
- Handle guest requests and follow up when needed
- Coordinate with the front desk, reservations, and operations team
- Maintain a polite, helpful, and service-focused attitude
Skills
Requirements:
- Previous experience in call center, hotel, reservations, or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
- Professional phone etiquette
- Ability to work under pressure
- Organized, responsible, and guest-focused
