About the Role

Nawah Gardens is a growing landscape and outdoor works company based in Kuwait. We are looking for a dedicated Civil Inspector to join our team — someone who can handle both field supervision and office coordination with professionalism and commitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage site operations to ensure work meets required standards
• Follow up with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery and quality
• Handle office-related tasks including documentation, reporting, and correspondence
• Monitor project progress and report any issues or delays to management
• Coordinate between field teams and the office for smooth project execution

Education

• Diploma in an engineering-related discipline (Preferred)
• Other relevant diplomas will be considered

Skills

Requirements & Skills

• Fluent in Arabic — spoken and written (Required)
• Good command of English is a plus
• Strong computer skills — Microsoft Office and relevant applications
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field (Required)
• Ability to work independently on-site and manage multiple tasks
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Have active driving license in Kuwait (Required)
• Have a personal car (Required)
