Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in a reputable organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, reconciliations, reporting, and supporting daily accounting operations while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and accounting entries

• Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports

• Perform bank and account reconciliations

• Support accounts payable and receivable activities

• Assist in budgeting and financial data analysis

• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

• Coordinate with external auditors when required

• Support daily accounting operations and ERP system updates.

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of accounting experience

• Experience in contracting or real estate companies is preferred

• Good knowledge of Excel and accounting systems

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Skills

  • Proficiency in accounting software such as MS Dynamices 365 to streamline financial processes and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights for business improvement.
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present financial information clearly.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
