Job description

  • Monitor and control food, beverage, and operational costs across manufacturing and restaurant operations.
  • Analyze production costs, recipe costing, wastage, and inventory variances.
  • Prepare cost reports, profitability analysis, and monthly variance reports.
  • Ensure proper stock management, inventory control, and reconciliation.
  • Monitor FMCG product costing, raw material consumption, and yield analysis.
  • Coordinate with procurement, production, warehouse, and restaurant teams for cost optimization.
  • Review pricing, portion control, and standard recipes to maintain profitability.
  • Conduct regular audits on inventory, wastage, and operational processes.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and reporting within ERP or inventory management systems.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum experience in Food Manufacturing, FMCG, and restaurant operations.
  • Strong knowledge of food costing, inventory management, and cost analysis.
  • Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Good analytical and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
