Roles & Responsibilities

Support daily HSE compliance follow-up across site operations

Assist in implementation and monitoring of occupational safety requirements

Coordinate with relevant government authorities (Fire Department, Municipality, etc.)

Prepare monthly HSE reports, inspection checklists, and compliance documentation

Assist in tracking permits, licensing requirements, and regulatory submissions

Provide operational support across maintenance, and administrative follow-up when required

Education

Any Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Technical Engineering

Experience:

Minimum 3-4 years of experience within similar role.

Knowledge & Skills:

Standard knowledge of HSE and occupational safety standards

Proficient in basic computer applications (Excel, email, reporting tools)

Organizational skills

Strong leadership skills

Good Communication skills.

Strong analytical skills

Problem solving skills

HSE & Operation Support Officer is responsible for supporting daily Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) compliance activities while assisting operational and administrative functions across the organization.
