Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Translate strategic initiatives into actionable marketing plans and ensure effective execution.
Lead and manage all marketing activities across digital, social media, PR, advertising, branding, and communications.
Identify target markets, customer segments, and emerging market opportunities.
Drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and customer retention initiatives.
Utilize digital and online marketing tools to maximize brand reach and engagement.
Conduct market research through surveys, focus groups, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
Monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, and market competitiveness to identify growth opportunities.
Define, track, and analyze KPIs to evaluate marketing performance and ROI.
Manage and develop the marketing team to ensure creativity, efficiency, and operational excellence.
Support and oversee corporate social responsibility initiatives and sustainability-focused campaigns.
Ensure consistency and enhancement of brand image across all communication channels.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the Food & Beverage or Retail industry.
Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, branding, and public relations.
Experience in market research, consumer insights, and performance analytics.
Knowledge of corporate social responsibility and sustainability initiatives is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, project management, and team management skills.
