Roles & Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role for a Landscape Supervisor at Al Fares Gardens, located in Kuwait City. The Landscape Supervisor will be responsible for supervising day-to-day operations and employees in the maintenance, cultivation, and upkeep of both softscape and hardscape areas within the gardens. This includes managing schedules, delegating tasks, monitoring the quality of work, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

• Manage daily operations of landscaping projects, ensuring timely completion while maintaining high standards of quality.

• Supervise and train landscaping staff, fostering a collaborative environment to enhance team productivity and morale.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a landscape supervisor or similar leadership role

• Should speak English fluently Arabic speaker preferable

• Must have 4 wheeler license

• Excellent knowledge of plant care and maintenance, irrigation systems, and landscape construction techniques

• Ability to manage and motivate a team of employees to meet performance standards and deadlines

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both employees and clients

• Ability to plan and organize work schedules and tasks efficiently and effectively

• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectively

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in horticulture, agriculture, or a similar field is preferred

• Experience in landscape design and execution, project management, and customer service is a plus

Desired Candidate Profile

This position is responsible for following up with our clients and making sure that their needs are satisfied. It is expected that the candidate shall put forth their effort in delivering a professional landscaping/maintenance service to our clients. Issues and comments by clients must be reported to the Engineer directly.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Report to Engineer about all clients and projects

• Pruning, hedging, fertilizing, spraying pesticides against the decease, lawn mowing and edging.

• Carry out your landscaping duties with your hands and with specialized equipment.

  
  

Skills Requirements: -

-Agriculture/Horticulture Degree or Diploma holder

• 3 to 6 years’ experience required in Gulf country

• Team management

• Strong customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Should speak English

• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays if needed
