Roles & Responsibilities
-Cultivate a strong product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
-Should know about indoor and outdoor plant’s names
Greet and establish support with customers upon entering the store
Maintain a clean and organized store environment- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Offer excellent customer service and handle customer complaints in a professional manner
Generate leads and reach out to customers to promote sales and new products
Meet individual and store sales goals
Participate in showroom promotions
Attend training sessions to enhance knowledge.

Desired Candidate Profile
-Agriculture/Horticulture Degree or Diploma holder
1 to 2 years’ experience required in the agriculture or horticulture industry
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays if needed
