Job description
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing professional to plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and traditional channels. The ideal candidate will enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support revenue objectives through innovative strategies and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company vision and financial goals
- Plan and execute campaigns, in-store activities, influencer engagements, pop-up events, and CSR initiatives
- Manage regional social media accounts (Kuwait & GCC) and track ROI, spending, and campaign performance
- Conduct market research on customer trends and habits in the region
- Collaborate with Operations, R&D, creative teams, external vendors, and bloggers
- Coordinate new service offerings, menu engineering, and virtual/established restaurant concepts
- Handle crisis management and complaints on social media platforms
- Travel within GCC for market and brand research as needed
- Document events on social media and ensure unified brand messaging
- Provide data-driven recommendations and reports to senior leadership
Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, PR & Advertising
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar marketing role
- Languages: Excellent verbal and written English and Arabic
- Skills: Strong knowledge of marketing principles, project management, analytics, creativity, and attention to detail
- Attributes: Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and build positive professional relationships with internal teams and external partners
