Who are we?

Klicks Media is a digital marketing agency based in Kuwait. We run paid ads, build Shopify stores, create content, and help brands actually grow online. Our clients are in e-commerce, F&B, home services, and more. We move fast and we don't do fluff.

What's the role?

We need a social media manager who gets it. Someone who can handle multiple client accounts, plan content, write captions that don't sound like ChatGPT wrote them, and keep the comments and DMs under control. If you can switch between English and Kuwaiti dialect without thinking twice, you're already ahead.

What you'll be doing

• Running content calendars for multiple brands across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, and X
• Writing captions in English and Arabic that actually sound like a real person wrote them
• Briefing designers and video editors so the content comes back right the first time
• Replying to comments and DMs on behalf of clients like you are the brand
• Tracking analytics and knowing what's working and what's not, no guessing
• Keeping up with trends, algorithm updates, and what other brands in Kuwait are doing
• Working with the paid ads team so everything makes sense together

What we're looking for

• 1 to 3 years of experience managing social media for actual brands or at an agency
• You can write well in both English and Arabic. Kuwaiti dialect is a big plus
• You know the difference between reach and impressions without looking it up
• Comfortable using Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business Center, and scheduling tools
• You have a basic eye for design. You don't need to be a designer but you should know when something looks off
• You can juggle multiple accounts without mixing up the brand voices
• You handle feedback well and you're not afraid to speak up with your own ideas

Bonus if you have

• Experience with Shopify or e-commerce brands
• Basic Canva or CapCut skills
• You've made something go viral before and you can tell us about it
