Job description
Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and support Cisco Voice and Collaboration systems for the KOC project
• Provide L2/L3 support for voice and video services
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes
• Coordinate with customer teams and vendors for troubleshooting and project activities
• Ensure high availability and compliance with project standards
Skills
Experience
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Cisco Voice / Collaboration solutions
• Prior experience working on large enterprise or oil & gas projects is preferred
Technical Requirements
The candidate must have strong experience in the following areas:
• Cisco Call Manager (CUCM) – deployment, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting
• Cisco CMS 2000 – setup, integration, and support
• Cisco Voice Gateways and dial plans
• VoIP technologies, call routing, call flows, and QoS
• Video Conferencing Solutions, including:
o Cisco CMS
o Cisco endpoints
o Integration with CUCM
• Meeting Room Solutions:
o Design, deployment, and support of Cisco-based meeting rooms
o Audio/video integration and room control systems
• Cisco Unity Connection (voicemail)
• SIP, H.323, and related voice protocols
• System monitoring, fault analysis, and issue resolution
Certifications
• CCNP Voice / CCNP Collaboration (mandatory)
• Additional Cisco Collaboration certifications are a plus
