About the Role
To manage and oversee all activities within the Development Unit under the HR function. The role involves leading training and development initiatives, organizational structure design, job description formulation, and career development planning. The Development Unit Head will also oversee recruitment processes, internship and volunteer programs, succession planning, and performance management, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and employee growth.

An ideal candidate would have the following:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with a focus on development and employee relations
