Job Description:
• Lead kitchen operations and deliver a refined Mediterranean dining experience at scale
• Design and execute ingredient-driven menus aligned with premium casual / upscale standards
• Ensure consistency, quality control, and cost efficiency across all kitchen operations
• Build, train, and manage a high-performing culinary team while maintaining hygiene and safety standards
• At least 5 years of experience as Head Chef in Mediterranean cuisine (Italian/Northern Med preferred)
• Background in high-volume premium casual or upscale dining concepts (standalone)
• Strong understanding of ingredient-led cooking, plating, and guest experience (tableside/service)
• Strong leadership with experience in team building, kitchen structure, and cost control
