Job Description:
- Lead kitchen operations and deliver a refined Mediterranean dining experience at scale
- Design and execute ingredient-driven menus aligned with premium casual / upscale standards
- Ensure consistency, quality control, and cost efficiency across all kitchen operations
- Build, train, and manage a high-performing culinary team while maintaining hygiene and safety standards
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience as Head Chef in Mediterranean cuisine Italian/Northern Med is preferable
- Background in high-volume premium casual or upscale dining concepts preferably standalone restaurants
- Strong understanding of ingredient-led cooking, plating, and guest experience
- Strong leadership with experience in team building, kitchen structure, and cost control
